When all CS-STAN conditions are satisfied, eligible modifications can be embodied without obtaining an individual Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), reducing both downtime and certification costs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a mandatory step for aircraft maintenance personnel who are working towards their EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) and need practical experience within an EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation.

OJT bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application by allowing trainees to gain hands-on experience under the supervision of qualified certifying staff. It ensures that future engineers not only understand the regulations and procedures, but can also apply them safely and effectively in a live maintenance environment.
